We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with robust expertise in Adobe Illustrator to join our team in Kochi.

The candidate will work closely with our USA-based team to understand design concepts, interpret creative direction, develop new artwork, modify existing graphics, and prepare production-ready files for commercial printing.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, edit, and modify graphics based on creative direction and references provided by the USA team.
- Translate concepts and inspiration into original, commercially viable artwork.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and preparation of production-ready AI files.
- Create accurate die lines and print-ready artwork for commercial printers.
- Prepare artwork according to printer specifications and production requirements.
- Incorporate value-added printing treatments into artwork, including:
- Spot UV
- Hot Foil Stamping
- Drip Varnish
- Encapsulated Glitter
- Metallic / MET PET Printing
- Other specialty printing and finishing techniques

- Ensure artwork meets technical, visual, and production standards before submission to printers.




- Coordinate effectively with the USA team and respond to design revisions and feedback.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver artwork within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all design files.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience in creating print-ready artwork and AI files.
- Knowledge of die lines, commercial printing, and print production processes.
- Understanding of specialty printing and finishing techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret creative direction and independently develop artwork.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and deliver quick turnaround on projects.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to incorporate feedback.
- Candidates with experience in the paper, stationery, notebook, printing, or paper-related industries will be preferred.
