Role: Junior Graphic Designer & Illustrator

Compensation: Rs. 30k per month/ Rs. 3.6L per annum

Experience: Minimum 1 year skilled experience

Type of Work: Fulltime

Location: Remote for the 1st year, subject to changes based on business needs

We're looking for a junior designer with strong design fundamentals and a genuine interest in illustration and visual storytelling. You'll work closely with our creative team and get hands-on experience creating visuals for motion graphics, social media, and product videos, with exposure to a wide range of styles and projects across AI, Tech, Finance, and SaaS.

What you'll be doing:

- Create illustrations, graphic assets, and visual elements for motion-graphics projects, social media videos, and product videos
- Translate creative direction and references into strong visual executions
- Explore different visual styles from clean, minimal design to layered, textured, and collage-style illustration
- Create and adapt assets for different formats, compositions, and screen sizes
- Work with the team to refine designs based on feedback and creative direction

What we're looking for:





- A strong portfolio that demonstrates good design and illustration fundamentals
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate (or another digital illustration tool)
- A good eye for composition, colour, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create clean, well-crafted visuals with attention to detail
- Willingness to experiment with different visual styles and approaches
- Curiosity about AI, Tech, Finance, and digital content
- Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
- Someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and genuinely excited about becoming a better designer

Bonus points, if you:

- Have created illustrations or visual assets specifically for videos or motion graphics
- Have some familiarity with After Effects or animation
- Have explored AI tools as part of your creative process
- Have worked on college, freelance, personal, or independent projects that demonstrate strong visual thinking
