About the Role

Gopalan Enterprises is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for developing visually engaging creatives that strengthen the company's brand presence across digital, social media, retail, real estate, entertainment, hospitality, and other marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual communication, branding, typography, layouts, and digital marketing creatives, along with the ability to handle multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, emailers, and online advertisements.
- Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, flyers, banners, standees, presentations, invitations, certificates, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative concepts for Gopalan's malls, cinemas, Box Bites, bowling, real estate projects, and corporate initiatives.
- Maintain consistency with Gopalan Enterprises' brand guidelines and visual identity across all communication.




- Work closely with the Marketing team to understand campaign requirements and translate briefs into creative designs.
- Create designs in multiple formats and dimensions for different digital and offline platforms.
- Support promotional campaigns, events, launches, offers, festivals, and special occasions with relevant creatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for printing and production requirements.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, typography, and digital marketing practices.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final artwork is delivered accurately and on time.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Good understanding of social media creative requirements and digital marketing formats.
- Ability to develop creative concepts from a brief.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the Marketing team.
