About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate ideas, brand strategies, and marketing objectives into visually compelling designs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, social media design, digital marketing creatives, typography, layouts, and visual communication. You will work closely with the marketing and creative team to develop engaging visual content across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visually appealing designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, ad creatives, banners, and promotional content.
- Create branding and marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, standees, posters, event creatives, and presentations.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colours, imagery, and overall visual language.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and performance marketing teams to develop creatives for campaigns.




- Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media trends, AI design tools, and evolving visual styles.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand communication.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and convert it into an effective visual concept.
- Good understanding of branding and marketing communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong time-management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Good to Have
- Knowledge of Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
- Experience with AI-based creative tools for ideation and production.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience working with marketing agencies, D2C brands, startups, or e-commerce brands.
