Roles &Responsibility;:

- Design pharmaceutical product packaging, labels, cartons, inserts, leaflets, brochures, and promotional materials.

- Create creatives for product launches, product presentations, exhibitions, conferences, and marketing campaigns.

- Develop designs for social media platforms, websites, emailers, digital advertisements, and WhatsApp campaigns.

- Design product catalogues, product cards, visual aids, promotional literature, and sales materials.

- Prepare artwork for pharma product labels, boxes, packs, and other printed materials as per approved specifications.

- Coordinate with Marketing and packing material development teams for artwork development and approvals.

- Ensure accuracy of product name, composition, dosage, pack size, statutory information, logos, fonts, and other approved content.

- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with external printing vendors when required.

- Maintain consistency with company branding and product identity guidelines.

- Edit product photographs and create skilled presentations and marketing visuals.

- Maintain and organize design files, artwork versions, and source files.

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Adobe InDesign.





- Knowledge of Canva / Figma will be an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of graphic design, typography, color combinations, layouts, and visual communication.

- Understanding of print production, packaging artwork, and pre-press requirements.

- Strong attention to detail, particularly for pharmaceutical product information and artwork accuracy.

- Good creative and conceptual thinking.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Preferred Candidate:

- 25 years of relevant experience in a Pharmaceutical / Pharma Formulation / Healthcare company.

- Experience in pharma packaging, product artwork, brochures, visual aids, product catalogues, and promotional materials will be preferred.

- Candidates should have a strong portfolio of pharmaceutical, healthcare, branding, packaging, or marketing designs.
