We are looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer who can handle a wide range of design requirements across digital, social media, marketing, branding, and print.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on different types of design projects, adapting quickly to new requirements, and maintaining a consistent level of quality across all formats.

Responsibilities

- Create engaging designs for social media posts, carousels, stories, advertisements, promotional campaigns, banners, and other digital content.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, banners, standees, and other promotional assets.
- Create graphics for websites, landing pages, apps, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Work on branding materials including logos, brand assets, visual identities, templates, and marketing collateral.
- Create and edit images, illustrations, icons, backgrounds, and other visual assets as required.
- Adapt existing creatives into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms and campaigns.
- Work on basic print design and prepare files according to print specifications when required.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and management teams to turn ideas and briefs into robust visual concepts.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colours, layouts, and overall visual style.
- Keep up with current design trends, social media trends, and new creative formats.
- Present design concepts and suggest improvements to layouts, visuals, and overall presentation.
- Manage multiple design tasks and deliver work within deadlines.
- Review final creatives for alignment, spacing, typography, consistency, and overall quality before delivery.

Required Experience and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of InDesign and CorelDRAW is an advantage.
- Experience creating social media creatives, advertisements, promotional graphics, banners, and marketing materials.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work across different types of projects rather than being limited to one design category.
- Ability to understand a brief and independently develop suitable visual concepts.
- Good understanding of image formats, resolution, colour modes, and digital asset preparation.
- Basic understanding of print production and print-ready file preparation is preferred.
- Ability to resize and adapt designs for different platforms without losing visual quality.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within deadlines.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, but a strong portfolio and relevant experience are more important.

Portfolio Requirement Candidates must provide a portfolio or work samples showing a variety of design work, preferably including social media, branding, marketing creatives, digital graphics, and print materials.

Behance, a personal portfolio website, Google Drive, or another accessible portfolio link may be submitted.
