Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with experience in eLearning content development and a solid understanding of AI-powered design tools. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging and instructionally effective assets for online learning modules. The ideal candidate is both creative and technically skilled, with an eye for detail and the ability to translate instructional content into compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design engaging graphics, illustrations, icons, infographics, templates, and layouts for eLearning modules.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and developers to understand course objectives and target audience.
- Create branded templates for presentations, storyboards, and LMS content.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, DALL•E, etc.) to enhance and expedite visual design workflows.
- Develop interactive elements such as visual scenarios, simulations, and branching visuals for learner engagement.
- Ensure consistency with the client’s branding guidelines and visual language.




- Optimize graphics for performance in SCORM-compliant or xAPI-enabled courses.
- Revise designs based on feedback from the project team or clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design for eLearning or digital learning.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI design tools and their integration into workflows.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and how visuals enhance learning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of eLearning development tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate) is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing eLearning design samples.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with motion graphics and animation (After Effects, Adobe Animate).
- Understanding of adult learning principles and UX/UI for learning.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI requirements.
