Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graphic Designer based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Graphic

Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing collateral, social media creatives, presentations, and program materials. Daily responsibilities include developing brand-consistent graphics, collaborating with marketing and academic teams to translate concepts into visual designs, and preparing files for various platforms and formats. The role involves iterating on feedback, maintaining visual brand standards,



and ensuring all design work aligns with edept’s mission of global career mobility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to produce high-quality visual content for multiple channels.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities for programs and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout, ensuring clear, accessible, and visually appealing communication across materials.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar) and familiarity with digital design best practices.
- Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, a strong visual sense, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work in education, career services, or related fields is preferred.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
