Role Description This is a full-time, in office Graphic Designer role based in Davangere.

The Graphic

Designer will develop visual concepts and designs for advertising films, brand campaigns, social content, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and storytelling goals. Daily responsibilities include creating graphics and layouts, designing logos and visual identities, selecting and refining typography, and preparing assets for both digital and print use. The role involves collaborating closely with creative directors, copywriters, and production teams, iterating on feedback, maintaining consistent branding across projects, and delivering production-ready files on schedule.

Designer will also support mood boards, pitch decks, and design elements used behind the camera to strengthen the overall visual narrative.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including the ability to translate ideas into clear, compelling visual concepts.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create and refine visual identities that support campaign and storytelling objectives.
- Solid understanding of Typography, including font pairing, hierarchy, and legibility across film, digital, and print media.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; motion or video tools such as After Effects or Premiere are a plus).
- Portfolio demonstrating work across advertising, campaigns, social content, and brand design, showing attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, respond constructively to feedback, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in film, storytelling, and advertising, with an eye for composition, color, and narrative-driven design.
