About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer who can create visually engaging designs for digital marketing, social media, branding, websites, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for social media posts, banners, ads, campaigns, and marketing materials
- Design graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms
- Develop brand creatives, brochures, presentations, banners and promotional materials
- Work closely with the Marketing, Content and HR teams to understand design requirements
- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations and existing creative assets
- Stay updated with current design trends, layouts, typography and visual styles
- Manage multiple design requirements while meeting deadlines

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Experience with Canva and other modern design tools
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition and branding
- Robust creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to convert ideas into attractive visual concepts
- Good communication and time-management skills
- AI design/video tools knowledge will be an added advantage

Who We're Looking For Someone who is creative, proactive and independently capable of handling day-to-day graphic design requirements with minimal supervision.
