We are a boutique design and marketing studio based in India, working with niche and founder-led brands across the world.
Every brand we work with has its own visual identity and personality, so the work is varied, fast-paced and constantly evolving.
Responsibilities
- Design Instagram Stories using existing templates, references and brand guidelines.
- Resize and adapt approved creatives for different social media formats.
- Support the design team with simple social media creatives and edits.
- Schedule approved posts, Stories and Reels for all client accounts using our social media scheduling platform.
- Ensure captions, tags, dates, timings and creatives are correctly uploaded before scheduling.
- Maintain and update content trackers to ensure nothing is missed.
- Coordinate with the content and design team regarding pending creatives, approvals and scheduling requirements.
- Support weekly social media analysis by collecting performance data such as reach, engagement, views and follower growth.
- Assist the Content Strategist with organising data for monthly client reports.
- Research basic trends, references and competitor content when required.
- Help with quick edits and day-to-day social media requirements across brands.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a positive eye for clean and aesthetic social media design.
- Is comfortable working on Canva, Photoshop and following existing brand templates and guidelines.
- Understands basic Instagram formats, Stories, posts and Reels.
- Is organised and extremely particular about timelines and details.
- Is comfortable handling repetitive but important tasks like scheduling, checking creatives and maintaining content trackers.
- Has a basic understanding of social media analytics and is willing to learn.
- Can work across multiple brands without confusing brand guidelines or assets.
- Is comfortable using AI tools for basic design and content support.
This is a support-focused role, so you will be working closely with our designers and Content Strategist rather than independently handling complete brand strategies.
