About The Role We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Envizn Labs. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually impactful social media content across multiple brands and industries.

Your primary focus will be designing engaging social media posts, carousels, campaign creatives, and digital assets that align with each brand's identity and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others, and be adept at translating content briefs into compelling visual stories.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should have a strong portfolio showcasing social media design work and a solid understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and color theory. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma is essential, along with experience creating carousel posts and content-led graphics.

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work across multiple brands with varying visual styles, possess a keen eye for detail,



and be capable of interpreting briefs independently. A good understanding of social media content formats, especially for Instagram and LinkedIn, is required. Additionally, candidates should be comfortable receiving feedback and iterating on designs to meet project standards.

Responsibilities

- Design social media posts for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others, ensuring each aligns with the respective brand's guidelines.
- Create static posts, carousels, announcement creatives, quote posts, promotional graphics, and campaign content that are visually engaging and on-brand.
- Translate content briefs and copy into innovative visual concepts that effectively communicate the intended message.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, including typography, color schemes, and overall visual language across all creatives.
- Develop multiple creative directions for campaigns to ensure variety and originality in visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to execute social media calendars efficiently.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats suitable for various social media platforms.
- Source and incorporate appropriate imagery, illustrations, icons, and visual assets to enhance creative output.




- Revise and improve existing creatives based on internal and client feedback, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Organize design files systematically and create reusable templates for efficiency and consistency.
- Thoroughly check all creatives for alignment, spacing, typography, spelling, image quality, and brand consistency before final delivery.
- Stay informed about current social media design trends, applying relevant innovations thoughtfully without compromising brand identity.
