Role & responsibilities :

The role supports the production and coordination of BD and tender materials. It does not own bid strategy, tender response writing, overall document structure/storyboarding, creative direction or final sign-off.

Core software

Canva, PowerPoint, Word and Google Earth/Maps are the key requirements

- Canva essential; creating and adapting templates, maps, case studies, graphics and collateral.
- Microsoft PowerPoint essential; presentations, pitch decks, graphics and slide amendments.
- Microsoft Word – essential; formatting and updating proposal/tender documents and other collateral.
- Google Earth / Google Maps – essential; aerial maps, location research, POIs and competitor/location mapping.




- Microsoft Excel – helpful; reviewing and extracting data/statistics for use in presentations and graphics.
- Adobe Creative Suite – desirable but not essential; particularly InDesign where required.
- SharePoint / OneDrive – for accessing existing templates, previous work, data and assets and maintaining file/version control.
- Stock image libraries – comfortable searching and selecting appropriate high-quality imagery from provided/approved resources.
- Tableau – desirable but teachable for data input (usually used for graphics)
