Graphic Designer

CMT Business School is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and creative team.

If you have a strong eye for design, understand branding, and enjoy creating engaging visuals for social media, digital campaigns, events, and institutional communication, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative posts, campaigns, banners, brochures, invitations, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Create engaging social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop designs for admissions campaigns, events, academic programs, and institutional branding.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, colours, typography, and visual style.
- Work closely with the marketing and content team to convert ideas into strong visual concepts.
- Create designs in multiple formats and dimensions for digital and print requirements.
- Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.




- Stay updated with current design trends and social media creative styles.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, composition, and branding.
- Ability to create both professional and creative designs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- A good portfolio showcasing your previous work is preferred.
