Graphic Designer & Canva Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Canva Specialist who can create professional and engaging visual content for our brand, social media, marketing, and business requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Canva, good design sense, and the ability to convert ideas and briefs into attractive creatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media posts, stories, reels covers, banners, posters, and promotional creatives.
- Design marketing materials, presentations, brochures, catalogues, and other business-related artwork.
- Create professional designs using Canva and other graphic design tools.
- Maintain consistency in brand colors, fonts, layouts, and overall visual identity.
- Understand design briefs and independently develop creative concepts.
- Edit and improve existing designs based on feedback.
- Coordinate with the marketing and management team for design requirements.
- Handle multiple design tasks and deliver work within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design and social media trends.




- Organize and maintain design files and templates.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Canva.
- Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colors, and layouts.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and willingness to take feedback.
- Ability to create both creative and professional business designs.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Preferred

- Strong Canva portfolio.
- Knowledge of social media design.
- Basic video/reel editing skills are an advantage.
- Ability to use AI tools for creative design is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is creative, responsible, fast, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of design requirements from concept to final artwork.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
