We work with international tourism boards, hospitality groups, and travel brands to build their presence in India through strategic marketing, campaigns, and brand experiences.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team. You'll work closely with our marketing, business development, and client servicing teams to bring brand campaigns, pitch decks, digital content, and marketing collateral to life across a diverse portfolio of tourism and hospitality clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design compelling visual content for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and client pitch decks
- Create and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity systems for multiple client accounts
- Develop marketing collateral including brochures, banners, proposals, and RFP/tender presentation materials
- Collaborate with the BD and marketing teams to translate campaign briefs into strong visual concepts
- Design assets for LinkedIn and other social platforms as part of ongoing content strategies




- Ensure design consistency and quality across all client and internal deliverables
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency, marketing, or hospitality/travel setting
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma/Canva is a plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, and print design work
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Ability to work on multiple client briefs and adapt style to different brand identities
- Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively
- Experience with presentation/pitch deck design is a strong advantage

Good to Have
- Basic video editing or motion graphics skills
- Familiarity with the tourism, hospitality, or travel trade industry
- Experience designing for tenders/RFPs or exhibition/event collateral
