- Design creative and engaging social media posts, campaigns, banners, brochures, and marketing collaterals.

- Work on hospital signages (External as well as Internal).

- Develop fresh and innovative creative concepts aligned with the hospitals brand identity.

- Create PPTs for marketing department / medical departments / investors team and more.

- Create visually appealing content for healthcare awareness campaigns and promotions.

- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to understand briefs and deliver creatives on time.

- Adapt designs across different digital and print formats.

- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colours, and visual style.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.

- Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop.

- Valuable understanding of social media creatives and digital design trends.

- Strong creative thinking and conceptualisation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/deadlines.

- Hindi typing skills are essential.

- Good understanding of Hindi and English content will be an advantage.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills is preferred.
