Role Description The Graphic Designer and Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position involves designing visual assets for digital and print campaigns, including marketing materials, brochures, social media creatives, and presentations. The role includes creating and refining logos, branding elements, typography systems, and other design components that support White Flower Developers’ identity.

The team member will also plan, edit, and produce video content for promotional campaigns, property showcases,



and corporate communications. Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing and sales teams, adapting designs to different formats, maintaining brand consistency, and managing multiple projects within set timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography to create clear, attractive, and readable layouts.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent).
- Experience in video editing, basic motion graphics, and optimizing content for web and social media platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design and video work relevant to marketing or real estate is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is beneficial.
