Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor. The role involves designing graphics for social media, digital campaigns, match-day content, and promotional materials that reflect the league’s energetic brand. The qualified will create logos, visual identities, and branded templates for teams, events, and sponsors.

Day-to-day responsibilities include editing match highlights, short-form videos, reels, and promotional clips, as well as adding motion graphics, titles, and transitions. The role also includes collaborating with marketing, social media, and operations teams to ensure consistent visual storytelling across all platforms, managing assets and archives, and delivering designs and videos within tight match and campaign timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop cohesive identities for teams, partners, and league properties.




- Proficiency in Typography and related design fundamentals for clear, impactful communication.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to edit short-form sports or event videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Strong portfolio showcasing sports, entertainment, or high-energy brand work in both static and video formats.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines during live tournaments and campaigns.
- Good communication and collaboration skills; prior experience working with marketing or content teams is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience and a portfolio will be strongly considered.
