About the Role

VolumeKart LLP is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Creative/Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, branding initiatives, and client requirements.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, visual communication, and current digital content trends, along with the ability to manage multiple projects within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging and visually appealing creatives for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas based on company and client requirements.
- Create graphics that align with brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity.
- Edit and enhance images, graphics, and other visual assets for digital platforms.
- Create and edit short-form video content, reels, promotional videos, and marketing creatives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and Performance Marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and creative requirements.




- Adapt creative content according to different platforms, audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple design and video-editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design, social media, video, and digital marketing trends.
- Review final creatives for accuracy, quality, consistency, and proper formatting before delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency is mandatory.
- Positive working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW will be an added advantage.
- Practical knowledge of video editing tools and short-form video creation.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Good creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual content.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video-editing work is preferred.

Video Editing Requirement

- Candidates should have up to 1 year of professional video-editing experience.
- Experience creating Reels, social media videos, promotional videos, and digital marketing content will be an advantage.
