We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer who understands one thing very clearly:

Good design is not just about making something look beautiful — it should make people stop, understand and take action.

You should be comfortable designing for social media, e-commerce, performance marketing and digital content, while having a solid understanding of typography, layouts, colors, composition and visual hierarchy.

We need someone who can take a simple brief or idea and turn it into a creative that actually grabs attention.

Candidates with strong creative thinking, original ideas and the ability to bring fresh concepts to the table will have an extra advantage.

What You’ll Do

- Design Instagram posts, stories, carousels and Reel covers
- Create YouTube thumbnails that are visually strong and click-worthy
- Design creatives for Meta Ads and other performance marketing campaigns
- Create Amazon, Meesho and other e-commerce product listing images
- Design product feature images, infographics and promotional banners
- Create website banners and other digital marketing assets
- Retouch and manipulate product images professionally
- Remove/change backgrounds and create realistic product compositions
- Work with marketing, content and video teams on daily creative requirements
- Create multiple design variations for campaigns and A/B testing
- Maintain visual consistency across AstroInvite & GemsInvite
- Adapt creatives into different sizes and formats for multiple platforms
- Stay updated with current social media, advertising and design trends

What We’re Looking For





- 1–3 years of skilled Graphic Design experience
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition and visual hierarchy
- Excellent sense of layout and visual balance
- Ability to create clean, modern and attention-grabbing designs
- Strong creative thinking and ability to develop original concepts
- Ability to bring fresh ideas instead of relying only on existing templates
- Strong understanding of social media creatives
- Experience designing YouTube thumbnails
- Experience with e-commerce/product listing creatives
- Good product image editing and manipulation skills
- Ability to understand a brief and independently develop creative concepts
- Ability to differentiate between a design that only “looks good” and one that actually communicates
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple creatives and deadlines
- Comfortable receiving feedback and improving designs quickly

Software Skills

Must know:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator

Good to have:

- Canva
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Figma
- AI image generation & creative tools

Social Media Design Matters

You should understand the importance of:
- Strong visual hooks
- Clear visual hierarchy
- Readable typography
- Proper font pairing
- Balanced color combinations
- Strategic use of whitespace
- Mobile-first designing
- Attention-grabbing thumbnails
- Creative compositions
- Consistent brand identity

We don’t want random elements added just to fill space.

Every font, image,



color and design element should have a purpose.

E-commerce Design Matters

You should be comfortable creating product creatives where the product remains the hero.

You should understand

- Clean product presentation
- Product feature highlights
- Benefit-focused creatives
- Infographics
- Lifestyle compositions
- Background replacement
- Product retouching
- Shadows and realistic placement
- Premium-looking product presentation The final design should look good even when viewed on a small mobile screen.

Who Should NOT Apply

If your design process is:

“Brief mila → Canva template liya → text change kiya → export kar diya.”

This role may not be for you.

We’re looking for someone who asks:

“Will someone stop scrolling when they see this?”

And then

“Is the message clear within the first few seconds?”

If the answer is no, the design still needs work.
