About the Role

Innospire Business Park is looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Design & Web Design Trainer to train students in professional graphic design, branding, UI/UX, website design, and AI-powered creative technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both graphic design and web design and be capable of guiding students through practical assignments, live projects, and portfolio development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical, industry-oriented training sessions in Graphic Design and Web Design.
- Train students in design fundamentals, typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Teach students to create skilled logos, brand identities, social media creatives, advertisements, posters, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Train students in UI/UX design, website layouts, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design principles.
- Teach students to design and build websites using platforms such as WordPress, Framer, Webflow, or similar tools.
- Introduce students to basic HTML, CSS, and web design concepts where relevant.
- Train students in professional design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and other relevant platforms.
- Introduce students to AI-powered graphic and web design tools.
- Train students in using AI for design ideation, image generation, content creation, website development, and workflow automation.
- Guide students through live branding, graphic design, UI/UX, and website projects.
- Help students develop professional design and web portfolios.
- Conduct practical assignments, workshops, and project-based learning activities.
- Review student work and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current design trends, web technologies, AI tools, UI/UX practices, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the academic team to develop practical course content and project modules.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Web Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design and visual communication.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
- Practical knowledge of UI/UX design and responsive web design.
- Experience with website-building platforms such as WordPress, Framer, Webflow, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of branding, visual identity, layouts, typography, and digital design.
- Familiarity with AI tools for graphic design, web design, content creation, and productivity.
- Solid creative and conceptual thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical and design concepts in a simple, practical manner.
- Strong mentoring and student-handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Graphic Design Trainer, Web Design Trainer, UI/UX Trainer, Faculty, or Mentor.
- Experience working as a Graphic Designer, UI/UX Designer, Web Designer, Brand Designer, or Creative Designer.
- Experience creating complete websites from concept and wireframe to final design and deployment.
- Experience with Figma, Framer, WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted design and website development workflows.
- Strong professional portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, UI/UX, and web design projects.
