We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Design & Video Editing Trainer to train students from the basic to advanced level in graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing. The trainer will be responsible for providing practical, hands-on training and helping students develop industry-ready creative skills.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Camera Training

- Teach students the basics of photography and camera handling.
- Explain camera functions, settings, lenses, exposure, ISO, shutter speed, aperture, and focus.
- Train students on how to compose and capture professional photographs.
- Provide practical training in lighting, framing, angles, and different photography techniques.
- Teach basic product, portrait, event, and social media photography.
- Guide students in selecting and using appropriate camera equipment and accessories.

Videography & Video Editing

- Train students in the fundamentals of videography and video production.
- Teach camera movements, framing, composition, lighting, and basic audio recording.
- Guide students in planning and shooting videos for social media, promotional content, and other projects.
- Train students in video editing, transitions, effects, colour correction, audio editing, and basic motion graphics.
- Provide practical assignments and real-world video projects.

Graphic Design Training

- Teach graphic design concepts from beginner to advanced level.
- Train students in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Canva and other relevant design tools
- Teach typography, colour theory, layout, composition, branding, and visual communication.




- Train students to create posters, social media creatives, brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, and branding materials.
- Guide students in developing professional design portfolios.

Student Training & Mentoring
- Conduct practical, project-based training sessions.
- Explain concepts clearly to students with different levels of knowledge.
- Provide assignments, exercises, and creative projects.
- Review student work and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students build a professional portfolio.
- Keep training content updated with current design, photography, video, and social media trends.
- Encourage students to develop creativity and industry-oriented skills.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design, Photography, Videography, and Video Editing.
- Good practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- Good understanding of cameras, photography techniques, lighting, and video production.
- Knowledge of current design and content-creation trends.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach students from basic level onwards.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree/Certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Photography, Animation, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of industry or teaching experience preferred.
- A strong portfolio of graphic design, photography, and video projects will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
