Role Description As a Graphic Design Intern at Startup Story®, you will support the visual storytelling of startup journeys across digital platforms. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist in designing graphics for social media, website, and marketing assets; help create logos and branding elements; and contribute to visual consistency across campaigns and content series. You will collaborate with content, marketing,



and product teams to translate concepts into transparent, engaging visual designs and refine materials based on feedback.

This is an internship role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in graphics and graphic design for digital platforms.
- Ability to create logo design and branding elements aligned with brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in image editing and visual optimization for web and social media.
- Experience or familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and clean visual execution.
- Ability to follow briefs, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Interest in startups, storytelling, and entrepreneurship-focused content.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
