Skills First is a growing EdTech company focused on technology and data-driven learning. We are expanding our creative and digital presence and are looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our team.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys creating social media designs, marketing creatives, branding materials and digital content and wants to gain practical experience by working on real company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media posts, stories and digital creatives.
- Design marketing and promotional materials.
- Create graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Work on posters, banners, campaigns and promotional creatives.
- Support branding and visual communication requirements.
- Create creative concepts based on campaign requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams.
- Maintain consistency with Skills First brand guidelines.
- Edit and improve designs based on feedback.
- Handle multiple design requirements and meet deadlines.

Required Skills
- Positive understanding of graphic design principles.
- Knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of typography, colors, spacing and composition.
- Good visual sense and creativity.
- Ability to create clean and qualified designs.
- Willingness to learn and take feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple creative tasks.





Valuable to Have
- Knowledge of Figma.
- Basic motion graphics/video editing skills.
- Experience creating Instagram/Reels creatives.
- Understanding of branding and social media design.
- A good design portfolio or college/project work.
