Role Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern with strong Figma skills, a creative eye, and a good understanding of clean, modern design.

This is primarily a graphic design role . You’ll work on a variety of design projects including social media creatives, ad creatives, branding, presentations, website visuals, landing pages, and other visual assets for LitLabs and our clients.

UI/UX skills are a plus, especially for landing pages and website sections, but this is not a UI/UX-only role . We’re looking for someone who can handle different types of graphic design work and create visually strong assets across multiple formats.

What You’ll Do

- Design social media creatives, carousels, and content visuals
- Create ad creatives and campaign assets
- Work on branding assets, logos, and brand guidelines
- Design presentations, pitch decks, PDFs, and internal visual materials
- Create website visuals, landing page sections, and UI elements when needed




- Assist with visual design for client projects and internal campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing and growth team on design requirements

Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Good understanding of typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and visual design
- Ability to create clean and professional designs across different formats
- Understanding of Auto Layout and Components
- Basic UI/UX and landing page design knowledge is a plus
- Robust attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks

Portfolio Requirements

Your portfolio should include a mix of graphic design work, such as:

- Social media creatives
- Ad creatives
- Branding work
- Presentations or pitch decks
- Website visuals or landing pages
- UI/UX projects
- Other graphic design projects

Important

- Figma proficiency is mandatory

• This is a graphic design-focused role , not a UI/UX-only role

- If you are primarily a UI/UX-focused designer, this opportunity may not be the right fit for you
- Your resume must include a working portfolio link
- Applicants should have a versatile portfolio with different types of design work
