Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Artist role based in Udaipur.

The Graphic

Artist will create visual concepts and designs for wedding-related materials, including invitations, digital and print collateral, social media creatives, event signage, and branding elements. Daily tasks include collaborating with planners and décor teams to understand client themes, developing mood boards and design concepts,



and preparing artwork aligned with wedding styles and brand guidelines. The role involves image editing and retouching for photo and video assets, preparing print-ready files, and ensuring timely delivery of designs for events.

The Graphic

Artist will also help maintain a cohesive visual identity across all marketing and communication channels.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Arts for creating visually engaging wedding and event materials.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Logo Design to develop cohesive branding and custom event identities.
- Experience with Image Editing, including retouching and optimization for print and digital platforms.
- Ability to use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative design work, ideally in events, hospitality, or related fields.
- Attention to detail, strong sense of aesthetics, and ability to work within tight timelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with planners, vendors, and clients.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
