About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing team at Hoola Health.

You’ll work closely with the design and marketing teams to create engaging visual content across social media, websites, marketing campaigns, branding, and print materials .

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a passion for illustration, typography, and visual storytelling . This role offers hands-on exposure to a fast-paced startup environment, allowing you to build your design skills while working on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing and developing layouts for marketing and communication materials.
- Create visually appealing and well-organized graphics for digital and print platforms.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop concepts for branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications .
- Create social media creatives, email campaigns, website assets, and mock-ups .
- Perform image retouching, editing, and manipulation as required.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh design perspectives and creative ideas.
- Take ownership of graphic design projects from concept to final execution.
- Develop, organize,



and maintain image libraries and design assets.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity and brand guidelines across different platforms.

Requirements
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign , or similar tools.
- Strong creative and analytical thinking.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy .
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in AI tools for design and creative workflows is mandatory.
- A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work is mandatory and must be included with your resume.
