We're hiring a Grant Application Specialist (Founding Fellow) at MyTheraverseOS ?

MyTheraverseOS is an AI-enabled care coordination platform for families of children with neurodevelopmental conditions. Our mission: help 100 million parents realise their children's full potential across all forms of neurodiversity.

We are pre-seed, and non-dilutive capital is the fuel that gets us to product-market fit without giving away the company. That is your job.

What you'll own

- The complete grant pipeline: identify, qualify, write, submit, follow up
- Indian programmes: BIRAC (BIG, SBIRI), DST NIDHI, Startup India Seed Fund, MeitY, state-level schemes
- Global: Grand Challenges, USAID/DFAT-style health innovation funds, disability and neurodiversity foundations, corporate CSR
- A living grant calendar with deadlines, eligibility and probability-weighted value
- Turning our roadmap, clinical rationale and impact model into proposals that reviewers say yes to

- Post-award compliance and reporting

You are





- Someone with 2+ wins on your CV — you've actually secured money, not just written
- Fluent in impact language: theory of change, logframes, outcome metrics

- Comfortable working directly with a founder, with no layers between you and the decision
- Bonus: health, disability or ed-tech grant experience

The deal—read this carefully

This is a 12-week unpaid Founding Fellowship. At week 12, if the work is strong, it converts to a permanent paid role with ESOPs. Conversion criteria are agreed upon in writing in week 1; you'll know exactly what "robust" means.

If we can't convert, you leave with a founder reference, a portfolio of live submissions and our gratitude.
