Job Summary

NB Entrepreneurs is looking for a motivated and technically sound Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, good problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and work in a practical, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in mechanical design, engineering, production, installation, and maintenance activities as required.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documents.
- Support senior engineers in planning and executing engineering projects.
- Monitor equipment, machinery, and processes to ensure proper performance and reliability.
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues and identifying practical solutions.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, procurement, and other departments.
- Maintain project records, inspection reports, and other technical documentation.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Participate in site visits, inspections, testing, commissioning, and other field activities when required.




- Continuously learn and improve knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and industry practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
- Valuable understanding of basic mechanical engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and CAD software such as AutoCAD/SolidWorks is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, machines, materials, and maintenance.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel or work at project/site locations, if required.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CAD and 3D modelling.
- Basic understanding of production and quality processes.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
