EVR Electricals Private Limited is looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee – Mechanical Design to join our Design & Engineering team at Sriperumbudur, Chennai .

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in mechanical design of Distribution & Power Transformers .
- Prepare 2D/3D CAD drawings, GA drawings and fabrication drawings .
- Assist in design of transformer tanks, covers, cable boxes, radiators, supports, clamps and other structural components .
- Prepare BOMs and maintain drawing/document revisions .
- Coordinate with Production, Fabrication and Quality teams for design and manufacturing requirements.
- Support design modifications and resolve manufacturing-related design issues.
- Ensure designs comply with customer specifications and applicable standards .

Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers / 0–1 year experience




- Knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks / similar CAD software
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and mechanical design fundamentals.
- Interest in Design & Manufacturing .
- Valuable analytical skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
