About the Role

Techsol Engineers is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineering Graduates to join our Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program. This structured one-year training program is designed to provide practical exposure across engineering, manufacturing, projects, sales, and operations, enabling trainees to build a strong technical foundation and develop into future engineering professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in engineering design, manufacturing, and production activities.
- Support project execution, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment and machine performance and assist in preventive maintenance planning.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical documentation, reports, and engineering drawings.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, and Project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Support quality inspections, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in process optimization and Lean/5S improvement activities.
- Assist in vendor interactions, material inspections, and technical evaluations.
- Learn company products, engineering standards, and project execution methodologies.




- Provide technical support to the Sales and Business Development team whenever required.
- Adhere to company quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good academic record with strong technical fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across project sites and customer locations, if required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
