Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Chemical / Mineral Processing

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day production and process operations.
- Monitor process parameters and plant performance.
- Assist in precious metal processing and refining operations.
- Analyze process data and support material balance activities.
- Assist in identifying process deviations and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Laboratory, Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance teams.
- Support process optimization, recovery improvement and productivity initiatives.
- Maintain process records, production data and technical reports.
- Follow SOPs, quality standards, HSE requirements and operational procedures.
- Participate in process trials and continuous improvement projects.
- Develop practical knowledge of plant operations and process control.

Candidate Profile





- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Mineral Processing or Metallurgy.
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in mineral processing, process engineering and plant operations.
- Basic understanding of material balance, process control and chemical/process operations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant and rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
