HIRING: GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE – MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineering freshers to join our team as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET).

Selected candidates will undergo structured on-the-job training and gain practical exposure to engineering and project-related functions. Based on performance, learning ability, and contribution, candidates may be considered for suitable opportunities within the organization.

Areas of Training

Candidates may be trained in one or more of the following areas:

- CADD Engineering
- Procurement
- Planning Engineering
- Technical Writing
- Engineering documentation & project coordination
- Preparation and management of technical documents
- Understanding engineering drawings, specifications & project requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers and project teams with day-to-day engineering activities.
- Learn and work with engineering drawings, documents and project specifications.
- Support CADD and technical documentation activities.
- Assist with procurement activities, vendor coordination and material requirements.
- Support project planning,



scheduling and progress tracking.
- Prepare and maintain technical reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support project execution.
- Follow company procedures and continuously develop technical and professional skills.

Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of engineering concepts and drawings.
- Positive communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and work across different engineering functions.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/CADD, MS Office or engineering software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
