Role:

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in the Service Department, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to bridge the gap between academic engineering principles and on-ground service excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring technical standardization, maintaining high Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and driving customer satisfaction for our water purification and heat pump technologies.

Key Responsibilities: 1.

Technical

Service & Maintenance Learn and feedback of the installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of Zero B Premium products (Alkaline products and Heat Pump systems). Utilize MSCS (Maintenance Service Check Sheets) to ensure all service protocols are followed with 100% technical accuracy. Diagnose and resolve complex technical or mechanical interferences at customer sites. 2.

Operational Excellence

Adhere to the 24-hour SLA for complaint resolution and new installations.



Coordinate with the logistics and CNF teams to ensure the timely availability of spare parts and components. Maintain a CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score of 90%+ through qualified conduct and efficient problem-solving.

- Reporting & Quality Control Prepare detailed service reports. Monitor field performance metrics and provide feedback to the R&D; team regarding design improvements or component failure rate. 4.

Support Service

Leaders in managing Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (ACMC).

Required Qualifications & Skills Category

Education B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or EXTC Engineering (Recent Graduate or experienced) Technical Knowledge Basic understanding of water chemistry, thermodynamics (for heat pumps), and electrical circuitry. Analytical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. Soft Skills Strong communication skills for client interaction and internal team coordination.
