? Position: Business Development Manager / Senior Manager – Government Sales (EdTech/IT Sales)

? Experience: 10–15 Years

? Qualification: B.Tech / MCA / MBA / Master's Degree

? Role & Responsibilities

- Drive IT & EdTech sales for Government and PSU clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strategic client relationships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
- Handle government tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, tender documentation, submission, and follow-ups.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for new and existing products.
- Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.




- Manage relationships with State and Central Government organizations.
- Understand technical specifications, contracts, and customer requirements.

? Key Skills Required

✅ 10–15 years of experience in Government Sales (EdTech / IT Solutions).

✅ Strong exposure to Government & PSU client management.

✅ Experience in tendering, bidding, and complete sales cycle management.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

✅ Ability to understand and propose technology-driven solutions.
