About the Role
Arcline Geomatics is hiring a GPR (Ground Penetrating Radar) Post-Processing Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. In this on-site, full time role, you will process, interpret, and deliver high-quality subsurface data from GPR surveys to support utility locating, structural scanning, and geotechnical investigation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and analyze raw GPR survey data using IQMaps, GPR-SLICE, or similar software
- Generate 2D/3D subsurface maps, radargrams, and depth slices for client deliverables
- Interpret anomalies and correlate findings with utility records, as-builts, or ground truth data
- Prepare accurate reports and CAD/GIS exports for internal teams and clients
- Perform quality control checks on processed data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate with field survey crews to troubleshoot data collection issues and refine methodology
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for each survey
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with GPR post-processing software (IQMaps,
GPR-SLICE, or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of GPR principles, signal processing, and subsurface imaging
- Familiarity with CAD (AutoCAD/Civil 3D) and/or GIS software for deliverable preparation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or coursework in Geophysics, Geomatics, Engineering, Geology, or a related field
- Experience with utility locating standards (e.g., SUE / ASCE 38)
- Familiarity with additional geophysical methods (EM, magnetometry, etc.)
