Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Government Liaison Officer. The officer will act as a key point of contact between Tare Zameen Par and various government departments, managing relationships and aligning organizational activities with governmental policies and projects.

Primary responsibilities include facilitating collaborations with local and national government bodies,



developing proposals for public sector initiatives, securing necessary permits and approvals, and representing the organization in stakeholder meetings. Additionally, the role involves conducting regular updates on regulatory changes, providing actionable insights, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and priorities.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Government Relations, with experience managing interactions with local and national governmental bodies.
- Strong Communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain skilled relationships.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills, aimed at evaluating policies, regulations, and opportunities for partnerships to align with organizational objectives.
- Knowledge of Local Government operations and processes, as well as familiarity with public sector dynamics and frameworks.
- Ability to represent the organization professionally and advocate effectively on behalf of its goals and mission.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- Experience in education, STEM, or related government projects is an advantage.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think strategically in dynamic environments.
