Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Google & Meta Ads Executive. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to achieve performance targets such as leads, sales, and ROI.

The Google & Meta Ads Executive will be responsible for keyword and audience research, ad copy creation, creative input, bid and budget management, and ongoing performance analysis. Daily tasks include monitoring campaign metrics, implementing A/B tests, adjusting targeting and creatives, and preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations.



The role may also collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall digital marketing strategies and client objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and YouTube as applicable.
- Hands-on experience running Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram), including audience segmentation, pixel usage, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, interpret performance metrics, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Comfort with basic digital marketing concepts such as funnels, landing pages, remarketing, and lead generation.
- Positive written communication skills for crafting clear ad copy and concise performance reports.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite is preferred.
- Prior experience in an agency or performance marketing environment is an advantage.
- Minimum of a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience in digital advertising.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to platform changes, and stay updated with paid advertising best practices.
