Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Google Marketing Expert. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive footfall and online visibility for the restaurant.

Responsibilities include managing Google Business Profile (Google Maps), monitoring reviews, updating photos and menus, and ensuring accurate location and timing information. The expert will analyze campaign performance, generate reports, track key metrics such as click-through rates and conversions, and recommend data-driven improvements. Day-to-day tasks also include keyword research, managing budgets, coordinating with the restaurant team on promotions and offers,



and ensuring all digital content aligns with the brand’s desi ambience and value proposition.

Qualifications

- Solid proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display) and Google Business Profile management to improve local search visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools for performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
- Skills in keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization focused on local marketing and restaurant promotions.
- Ability to create and refine ad copy, basic creatives, and promotional messaging that reflect the dhaba-themed brand and attract target audiences.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, especially local SEO, including reviews, ratings, and map listings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with on-site staff, gather promotional information, and align marketing efforts with business needs.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage budgets, and capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Prior experience in restaurant or retail marketing is an advantage; a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
