Experience: 12+ years in data, analytics, cloud engineering, and technology delivery, including leadership of teams, capability development, and multiple concurrent Google Cloud engagements.

5+ years of deep experience in Google Cloud Data & AI solutions and delivery leadership.

Experience leading delivery leads and engineers, building reusable assets, and growing practice capability in consulting-led environments.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field

Job Summary

We are seeking a senior leader to own the Google Cloud Data & Analytics practice within AGBG. This role is accountable for practice leadership, delivery execution, technical excellence, and capability growth across the domain.

The Practice

Lead provides deep domain expertise across Data & AI solutions on Google Cloud, oversees delivery quality across engagements, develops team capability, and supports pursuits, proposals, and offering alignment. This is a leadership role for a hands-on domain expert who can guide delivery leaders, stay current on evolving Google Cloud capabilities, and build a high-performing practice.

Roles & Responsibilities:





Lead the Google Cloud Data & Analytics practice, owning delivery execution, quality, reusable assets, and practice capability across the domain.

Provide technical leadership across Data & AI engagements, guiding delivery teams in areas such as data migration, modernization, analytics, customer 360, marketing intelligence, and AI-enabled data solutions.

Oversee delivery leads and engineering teams across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality execution, delivery readiness, risk management, and consistent outcomes.

Build domain capability by driving learning plans, upskilling, hiring, coaching, and knowledge sharing so teams stay current with the latest Google Cloud innovations.

Act as the senior domain expert for clients and internal teams, providing advisory support, addressing complex technical issues, and strengthening delivery confidence.

Collaborate closely with offering, sales, alliance, and leadership teams to support pursuits, proposals, and scalable delivery aligned to market demand.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Deep Google Cloud expertise across Data & AI solutions, for example BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Looker, Vertex AI, Cloud SQL, Spanner, and Bigtable.

Strong experience in data platform modernization, data engineering, analytics, customer 360, identity, segmentation, activation, and marketing intelligence.

Proven leadership in delivery governance, people development, reusable asset creation, and practice building in a consulting-led environment.
