Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, covering multiple positions: Google Ads Specialist, SEO Executive, Video Editor, Telecaller, Business Development Executive (BDE), and Interns. Team members will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage Google Ads, and optimize websites for search engines to improve visibility and lead generation.

The Video

Editor will handle video production tasks, including editing, basic motion graphics, and organizing visual assets for social media and marketing content. Telecallers will conduct outbound and inbound calls, qualify leads, provide information about services, and maintain call records in a CRM. BDEs will identify recent business opportunities, follow up on leads, participate in client meetings, and support proposal development.





Interns will assist across these functional areas, support daily operations, and learn practical skills in digital marketing, client communication, and content creation under supervision.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Media Production, with the ability to support planning, shooting, and delivering video content for marketing and educational purposes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing and New Media, including editing footage for various platforms and adapting content to social media formats and trends.
- Candidates should possess skills in Photography and basic visual composition to capture and prepare images that complement video and digital campaigns.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads management, SEO best practices, and digital marketing fundamentals is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle client interactions and telecalling in a professional manner.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant coursework, certifications, or prior experience in digital marketing, media, business development, or related fields is preferred but motivated fresh graduates and interns are also encouraged to apply.
