We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Google Ads Specialist who can manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns while helping our clients achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
- Write compelling ad copy and develop effective campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead generation, conversions, and return on ad spend.
- Analyze search terms and implement negative keyword strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Conduct campaign audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the SEO, creative, and account management teams.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search Ads, Performance Max, Display, and Shopping campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Experience managing campaigns for international clients is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
