Role Description This full-time remote Google Ads Specialist role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across search, display, video, and other relevant networks. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, building and refining campaign structures, writing and testing ad copy, and setting up audience targeting and bid strategies. The specialist will monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement optimizations to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.

The role also involves collaborating with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals, manage budgets, prepare performance reports,



and stay current with Google Ads best practices and policy updates.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Google Ads campaign management, including keyword research, bid optimization, and audience targeting.

- Proficiency in performance analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.

- Experience with digital marketing strategy, including landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis.

- Ability to create and test effective ad copy and creatives tailored to different formats (search, display, video).

- Comfort working with data, including interpreting metrics, running A/B tests, and making data-informed decisions.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional remote teams.

- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with AI-driven or automated bidding tools and marketing platforms is a plus.

- Prior experience managing Google Ads in B2B or SaaS environments is beneficial.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
