Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and scale our paid search and lead generation campaigns. In this role, you will promote our high-quality uPVC windows, doors, and profile systems to homeowners, builders, and architects. Your primary goal will be generating high-intent, qualified leads that convert into sales inquiries.Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Management: Design, build, and launch targeted Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max) focused on uPVC products and installation services.
- Keyword & Competitor Research: Identify high-converting local and regional search terms related to uPVC windows, sliding doors, and soundproof/energy-efficient fittings.
- Ad Copy & Creatives: Write compelling ad copy highlighting our product durability, security features, and warranties, and collaborate on landing page optimization.
- Budget & Bidding Optimization: Monitor daily and monthly ad spend, adjust bidding strategies, and optimize Cost-Per-Click (CPC) to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Conversion Tracking: Set up, test, and maintain accurate conversion tracking (phone calls, form fills,



and WhatsApp inquiries) via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rates) and provide clear weekly/monthly growth reports and recommendations to management.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 year of hands-on experience managing active Google Ads accounts, preferably in home improvement, manufacturing, or local lead-generation sectors.
- Certifications: Current Google Ads Certification is a robust plus.
- Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data-analysis skills to interpret trends and pivot strategies quickly based on performance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft clear ad copy and report insights.
