About the RoleEAX Media is looking for a Google Ads Executive to support the management, optimization, and quality control of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, and performance.
- Perform keyword research and negative keyword optimization.
- Create and refine ad copy using AI-assisted tools.
- Monitor key PPC metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Assist with campaign setup, quality checks, and account hygiene.
- Prepare and maintain PPC performance reports using Google Sheets/Excel.
- Identify campaign issues and follow established optimization processes.
- Ensure ads, keywords,



and landing pages are aligned with search intent.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads/PPC/Digital Marketing.
- Practical understanding of Google Ads campaign structure and optimization.
- Basic knowledge of keyword match types, negative keywords, bidding, conversion tracking, and PPC metrics.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
