Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of gold appraisers to ensure productive gold loan processing and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct thorough gold appraisals, verify documents, and process loan applications within the stipulated timeframe.

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements :

- 2-6 years of experience in the banking industry or related field (gold loan operations).

- Strong knowledge of gold appraising techniques, regulations, and best practices.

- Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage a team effectively.

- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
