Job Requirements

· Ensuing the end-to-end Machine Operations in Shifts and achieving the FY27 set annual targets for the respective machines.

· Ensuring the processes are done as per the SOPs and CTPs & CTQs.

· Production & Planning for the required resources, consumables for production in shifts.

· Implementing the Kaizens and applying TPM tools and Techniques in Machines and implementing the TPM.

· Responsible for the manufacturing of CNC machine made products as per the TOC timelines

· Ensuring the output product quality and initiatives to enhance output quality of machine-made products

Maintaining the minimum level of Inventory in manufacturing lines at the optimum targeted levels.

· Ensuring 100% Safety Protocols in Shifts and ensuring the end-to-end Safety.

· Actively working with Maintenance team for 100% utilization of Machines without any breakdowns and smooth Shift operations.

· Ensuring Daily Outputs from respective machines to meet all the Manufacturing needs.

· Ensuring the 100% Safety Protocols and Procedures.

· Ensuring the right SOPs & other set Procedures are followed to meet the desired WBQ Std.

· Material accountability and ensuring the gold loss is within the targeted levels, and drive for reducing the gold loss in production processes.

· Ensure the availability of Tools and consumables for the respective operations.

· Ensuring the End-to-end Manufacturing of conventional turning machine route products

· Ensuring the quality aspects of all the output.
