Must have skills: CTRM, Data and AI and SAP Agricultural Contract Management in Agribusiness and Food Industry. Should have worked on 2-3 end-to-end implementation projects. Should have also supported large and strategic RFPs/Proposals.

Good to have skills:

Prior experience of working on 2-3 large scale implementation and delivery programs for global clients

Experience in at least 2 Agribusiness sub sectors:

- Livestock
- Dairy
- Grains
- Plantations
- Fresh Fruits

Experience in at least 2-3 functional areas out of:
- Agri Enterprise Transformation: Commodity Trading Risk Management, S/4 Led Transformation, Agricultural Contract Management design blueprint-, SAP for agribusiness clients (across SAP modules)
- Digital Agri Supply Chain: Precision Ag-Tech Assessment-, GenAI for Agribusiness-
- Agri Commercial Excellence: Value Realization Office, Commodity Procurement-, Agribusiness Cost to Serve-
- Sustainability and Innovation: Product portfolio assessment and strategy-, End-to-end product track and trace solutions-, Consumer analytics for recent product development-
- Proven success in client-facing roles for 2-3 engagements

Job Summary: As part of Accenture-s Consumer Goods Services (CGS) industry practice, you will collaborate with leading global Agribusiness and Consumer Packaged Goods clients to define and deliver technology-enabled business transformation. You will help clients navigate their digital and operational reinvention journey-leveraging SAP ACM, Data,



and AI-to enhance resilience, sustainability, and profitability.

- Be a part of the Agribusiness team, one of the key capabilities or sub-industry areas to Consumer Goods and Services -drive business design and assessment such as value assessment, business case creation, business process re-engineering and so on.
- Provide solutions for complex client problems across the Commodity Trading/Data/AI/ SAP ACM space throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness of the associated technologies.
- Engage with clients in understanding their requirements, scoping, discovering and defining solutions, explaining business benefits and use cases and developing a roadmap to meet their goals.
- Create innovative solution designs that utilize our extensive service offerings.
- Support our business development activities, working with our sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan and delivery approach for multiple transformations.
- Create proof of concepts and Point of view regarding different topics in Agribusiness-/li>

Qualification

Experience: 3-10 years

- Educational Qualification: MBA from Tier 1 and 2 business school
