Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Customer Acquisition: Create and manage campaigns for customer acquisition through various channels such as content marketing, SEO, social media, and partnerships.

Data Analysis:



Utilize data analytics and tools to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

Content Marketing: Oversee content creation and distribution to attract, engage, and retain customers. This may include blog posts, videos, infographics, and more.

Email Marketing: Manage email campaigns to nurture leads, inform customers, and drive repeat business.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Performance Reporting: Regularly report on the results of marketing initiatives, using KPIs and metrics to show progress toward growth goals.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer support,

to align marketing strategies with overall company objectives.

Education Qualification BTech + MBA

Years of Experience 8 – 10 years
